I
use photography as a form of journaling my ideas and visual experiences; and
like other artistic mediums it can evoke emotions on many levels.
Photographic exploration brings me to a Zen like state of mind that I can only
compare to a child-like view of the world. This view is in the sense of wonder,
amazement, and an innocent discovery of the things in life as adults we take
for granted.
My reality is an adult in this fast paced, information
overloaded society, yet journeying to my child-world view slows me down, frees
my mind, and opens hidden creative doors.
