Reserve an Appointment

  • You may book 45 days in advance. Please note—once booked: to reschedule or cancel, you will need to call the studio. Please review our policies before booking. Also, if you have any questions, please call 508-533-1369 before booking as all retainers are non-refundable.

  • Bring a valid, unexpired photo ID.
    No expired IDs or photocopies.

    18+:
    State ID, driver’s license, or passport.

    Waiting on a replacement ID?
    Bring an original long-form birth certificate (state/raised seal) plus a newly expired ID or MA temporary paper license.
    All documents must be legible and are reviewed at the front desk.

    Minors (10–17): Bring BOTH:
    • Birth certificate (state seal, parent listed)
    • Parent/legal guardian with valid photo ID

    Adult must be present and listed on the birth certificate.

    Important:
    • Passport does NOT replace a birth certificate
    • Paper ID/permit is NOT accepted alone

    The Medway Board of Health requires proof of relationship between the minor and the consenting adult.

    No proper documents = no service, deposit lost. A new deposit is required to rebook.

  • For a safe, calm, and distraction-free experience:

    Adults (18+): One adult guest welcome.

    Minors (10+): Parents/legal guardian only. If you’d also like to bring a grandparent for support, please call ahead—we’re usually happy to accommodate when space allows.

    Please arrange childcare for babies and younger ones. If additional children arrive, the appointment will need to be rescheduled; the retainer is non-refundable, and a new retainer is required to rebook.

    • Yes. As a private, appointment-only studio we require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your time. Your deposit is applied toward your service. We do not store credit card information in-studio — bring payment to your appointment.

      Cancellations and reschedules must be made by phone call only, Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

      Your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook if you cancel outside that window, arrive more than 10 minutes late, no-show, or arrive without required documentation. See "Do I need to bring an ID?" for full documentation requirements.

      Gift certificates are not accepted for online booking.

  • Please book back-to-back appointments so we have enough time for each person.

    Each person needs their own appointment, contact information, and non-refundable appointment retainer (see “Do you require payment when booking?”).

  • Please call us if you’re running behind.
    We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we run on a tight schedule.

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and the appointment may be treated as a no-show/late cancellation.

    In that case, your non-refundable appointment retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to rebook.

  • All appointment times are Eastern Time (ET).

    We’re open Tue–Sat, 11am–7pm (last piercing appointment is typically 6:00pm).

  • 133 Main Street, Medway, MA — 3 miles off of Route 495 on Rt. 109, easily accessible from Boston, Providence, Framingham, and Worcester.

  • Complimentary parking is available in the lot between Visions and Medway Family Dental. Look for the gray building with purple trim.
